AEG CG 6600 does not heat properly

I have an AEG Caffè Grande CG 6600 and since recently the problem, which lasts very long when switching on the heating process and the progress also falls back (e.g. from 99% to 95%)
The coffee does not get really warm anymore.the cup warmer gets warm
NTC temperature sensor for AEG Caffè Grande I have already exchanged the wars not.
Does anyone know the problem or knows why?

Most likely the thermoblock is defective. Miss its resistance value.

thanks for the tip where and how can I measure it exactly?

Remove the mains plug from the thermoblock.
, remove the covers, connect the cables to the thermoblock and measure approx. 40 Ohm.
