Hello,
have an AEG Perfetto CP2500 (auctioned) and no user manual.
I downloaded this as PdF in the meantime.
However, I don't find any description that could fix my problem.
I hope I find HELP:

When I press the button 1 coffee or 2 coffee, the coffee is ground but no coffee comes out.
Only very hot water from the steam nozzle but not where it should come out.
What am I doing wrong???
Machine is completely clean and I already used the RESET button.
Nothing going on!!! HELP

Hello!

Short explanation: In this machine the water goes through the steam nozzle as soon as the pump is running and the valve of the steam nozzle is continuous (because it is open or leaking). Only when the valve is closed does the water take the more difficult route through the brewing group.

Therefore in your case there seems to be a defect in the steam valve. And since the water is looking for the easiest way, it leads through the leaking steam valve...

Why is the DV leaking? There are several ways to do this. How does the steam valve's rotary head feel? Is it very easy to turn, almost without resistance, or very difficult? For the exact diagnosis you would have to open the machine in any case.

You write that you bought the machine at auction. If the seller didn't tell you about the defect you should complain to him!
Otherwise this defect can be repaired relatively easily, but you might need a spare part which costs about 20 Euro.
