Coffee powder in and under the brewing group

Hello, I've had the Phillips Latte Go for about 2 months now and recently there's a lot of coffee powder in and under the brewing group. Even though I take them apart once a week it is quite annoying. Does anybody have the same problem?and does anybody know a tip for me ?thank you very much

Take out the brewing group, then feel the top of the opening from which the powder comes. There is the powder shaft. It must be firmly seated and must not wobble.
