Known problem: Sealing ring in brewing unit defective. Sometimes scratched by poorly processed injection molded parts. This also sometimes causes the brewing unit to hang. There is a spare part set to buy. Seals brewing unit brewing group Privileg 9758, WIK 9750-9758, Panasonic NC-ZA1. Is easy to replace.
