Hi all I have eiene EQ6 Series 700 from Siemens which until recently still produced impeccable cappucino now but only hot milk comes.
Have with the customer service already Telefoniert the meant I should insert the milk frother nozzle for 3 h in hot detergent water, (there should be deposits in it) then it should work again. But that was not so, so I bought the thing new, but still does not work. I have also tried different types of milk, I am now with my knowledge at the end, as well as the child service as he said, only this part is responsible for the foam.
Therefore my question can someone help me.
