Saeco

Hello I have a question. To my coffee machine from Saeco always runs really much water in the Aufgang bowl whether well, I always have a cup underneath in case it rinses. My question is that normal and is my machine broken? Greetings Anja

It is normal that at the end of the brewing process the residual water of the brewing group runs into the drip tray. Can be almost a shot glass full.
However, if after 3 or 4 cups the bowl is already full then what is wrong.
What kind of Saeco is it?
