Replacing the dispensing valve

Saeco odea go: How do I access the dispensing valve to replace the piece, I tried to remove the screws from the side of the valve, but the pieces are interlocking and I would not want to do damage, or is there more to unscrew

, I screw a lot on Saeco machines but I can not imagine for the life of me what a metering valve should be.

Do you mean the part at the top left of the brew group?
Or the shaft of the grinder?

In both cases, the machine must be opened from above which is a bit tricky.
