Water tank leaks

Hi all
,I have the following problem: after making coffee (any) the water from the water tank runs slowly but steadily into the drip tray.... even if the machine is switched off, it runs until the water tank is empty.
Ceramic valve & pulsation damper have already been changed. But has brought nothing. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thank you very much.

Hi.
There should be another hose coming from the water pump containing the overpressure valve(spring and a ball). Might be debris preventing the valve from closing properly.
