Gaggia Titanium pregrinds

Hello!
I just exchanged a used power board for my Gaggia Titanium from 2005. My machine has original approx. 7700 cups on the clock. The replacement board approx. 1200. It seems to work again so far, but now the following oddity:
The machine always seems to pre-grind the next portion!? I mean, if I choose an espresso now, for example, the prepared portion is immediately brewed and a next portion is immediately ground, which is then held until the next output command!? Can anyone explain this and if necessary has a solution ready?

You have given yourself an explanation, the machine pregrinds.
Solution: Switch off pregrinding.
