Siemens EQ.6 does not start properly, grinds briefly

Our 3-year-old Siemens EQ.6 plus s300 fully automatic machine has had a problem since today.

When I switch the machine on (with or without the brewing unit inserted), the grinder starts up very briefly (some powder falls out) and then the machine switches off again immediately. So it practically doesn't start (the display doesn't even come on).

What could be the cause? Could I fix it myself if necessary (technically experienced)?

It's almost always wet under the machine.

What I found strange - I don't know if and how this could be connected in time, but the RCD switch and LSS were blown out of the kitchen unit this morning. It could be that my girlfriend had started the machine and the toaster and kettle were still running - could be, but I think I started the machine initially after the fuse and RCD were back in.
