Did you have the line off at the flowmeter? If so, reconnected it the right way around? Also looked at the flow direction at the solenoid valve? |
Dear Schlawi,
you were just my salvation! Was already totally despairing.... normal descaling with cheap product from the drugstore has my Delonghi totally calcified. This has then led to the defect of the pump. Replaced pump and found that it could not draw water. Removed flowmeter and noticed no water coming through at all. I left it in concentrated citric acid for a while, but finally I had to pry the small passage free with a very thin wire... a huge (ok for the hole huge) lime plug came out... no wonder that not even the descaler could get through...
Reassembled and then had the water circuit fill message, which I got several times in a row...water ran again wonderfully through the system....
and then I found your message... Well, what can I say, the system does not tell you when it turns upside down:wacko:
So hoses replaced and the machine works great....
Thank you very much!!!from now on
only the hard descaling product comes into the machine and I never again press descaling away...that has cost enough nerves. glg,MineX81
