Jura E6 blocked on machine rinsing

Hello,

My JURA E6 is causing me a problem that it never did before.
When I turn it on, the machine does its usual rinsing, except that nothing flows from the nozzles, and the noise is dull, as if the pump could not push the water.
After a few seconds, the machine asks me to open the button (the one for hot water or cappucinos), then close them.
By doing this, water is well pumped, hot, and ejected through the milk nozzle.
And then the cycle starts again: rinsing, problem, open, close, ...

Could someone help me?
