Unfortunately our fully automatic coffee machine of the brand Bonitas broke down, it did not paint any more coffee beans. We have tried everything that was recommended to us by phone to fix the error but in vain. Now we had sent the coffee machine there to get it repaired and paid 110€ in advance and I emphasize that the one condition for sending it in was that we had to pay 110€ after a few weeks the coffee machine came back, the anticipation was so great but the disappointment was even greater, the coffee machine was even more broken than before, the side covers were loose because the clamps were broken and it didn't work at all just like before. Now we have tried to reach the customer service under the hotline number where no one answers and then they just tell us to write an email to the customer service, which we did and even there we had no success, we didn't get an answer and there is no reaction until now.
So if you ask me, that's cheating to take money for repairs and send the part back exactly as it was before or even worse

I definitely do not recommend this product.
