Krups EA81xx empty coffe collector icon stays on

Is there a way to reset it?

I didn't use the machine for a long time. It can't start the cleaning program because it says I need to insert the collector. However it is fully inserted, I checked with the multimeter, and the switches and contacts are perfectly fine.
Are there any extra sensors, because the two switches are good in first inspection, It might be a software bug.
