E75 Brew group and system filling

I have today at an E75 the Dichtingen of the brew group and drain valve changed.
After the first switch on is as normal the brew group up and down, then rinse the device, so far then everything was normal. Then pull a coffee the grinder also runs, only there is no coffee. The powder lands dry in the Tresterbehälter, the Autmat has not drawn water.

The pump is quiet, and the tag is all inside.
I had only the brew group outside, and of course the necessary attachments for it.
So the gear motor and the one hose that geztö from the drain valve towards the heater.

If the pump is quiet, you probably have a blockage.
What kind of heater is installed? Still an old heating cartridge or was once converted to a new heater?
