You often find such things at industrial parts dealers who also have hydraulic Krams etc..
Simply browse the yellow pages.
EspressoXXL also has more sealing rings on offer than you can find on the web page.

Viton O-rings withstand the temperatures of espresso machines well, I have also used a few (from various sources),

Hello FAEMAMAN!

Clear, the white seals are symmetrical. However, this only applies to the new state. With the use the specific profile is memorized which leads to a "top" and "bottom".

If you then (after maintenance work) switch the two sides, it could be the cause for a leak.
