Problema royal

It works in reverse

I have a problem at the royal exsecutve it works in reverse and that is first it brews coffee then grinds and presses before performing the descaling was normal can anyone tell me how to reprogram it

You have probably activated pre-milling.
Use the menu to go to the settings, then search for "pre-mill" and deactivate it.
