Impressa e10 hardly any water pressure comes out

Hello,
with my Jura impressa e10 only a trickle of coffee or water comes out during coffee and rinsing.
The
amount fits after ages and is
even hotter.

The pump also sounds very

quiet.

Can the pump be clogged? Does it

still

run

?

A good tip would be great!
