Shell missing

With my Jura ENA 5 appears the error message "shell missing" and the error message can not be turned off. Tried the bowl several times raus ud reinzuschieben and slightly up and down to press. Nothing helps. Where are the sensors for the tray? Can someone help me there?

Problem solved: Have called the hotline of Jura, the micro switch is located when you look from the front without shell in the machine in the left slot below the sticker. The increase in the bowl no longer reaches the microswitch, so it does not switch. The switch was tested with the screwdriver. It works. By a small manipulation at the elevation of the bowl the machine works again perfectly.
