now the child has fallen into the well... 4 years the machine survived without maintenance / decalcification etc... I know everything but well but unfortunately nobody here has taken care of it
This morning I pulled 2 coffees from the machine as usual and then had to change the containers at the bottom. I was able to take the bowl out as usual, but I can't get it in anymore. I tried to pull out the brewing unit (also with force... unfortunately without success)
The brewing unit is on the bottom so far that the bowl no longer fits underneath it. Is there anything else that can be done?
