Hello friends of the coffee machines... ;o)

Today I come from the DeLonghi corner. Daughter brought me the machine with the error situation:

Water circuit empty, fill water circuit....

i.e. switch on machine, self-test, stand-by, switch on, heating, rinse ..... and here it is off. The pump runs, but nothing comes out.

What have I already done? I have cleaned the brewing group and checked the water flow: Flowmeter OK, water is coming up to the first heating element.

What would help me would be a test mode to check the solenoid valves (3 pcs.?) I have a manual for the test mode, but it doesn't work. I have attached a file. Is there a different start procedure?

e.g. useful tips from you for troubleshooting and error correction would be great!
