Hello, we have since yesterday the Siemens EQ.9 s300. The device and the functions are top, however, we have a problem when starting the device. From time to time it happens (not at every start) that the device starts, rinses and then but does not display the main menu where you can select the coffee. There is only "SIEMENS" on the display and you can not operate anything else. Only when you stop and start the machine again is it successful. That can't be right. Does anyone have the same problem or even a solution?

We have the same, also eq9 s300. Press and hold the on/off button and it will switch off again. After that it works again immediately. I will keep an eye on it, it has happened 3 times now. If it happens again I will report it for repair. We have had it since August 2020, and it already has a new flow element and pump in it.
