Interior smells like fish

Hello,

The machine is about 1 month old so relatively new.
The interior smells strongly of fish. Everything is cleaned and I have no idea where this smell comes from.
The only possibility is that the smell comes from the grinder. However, you can not easily clean or disassemble, think that will also make problems with the warranty if you do so.
Does anyone have a tip or an idea how to eliminate the smell?
