Hi, I have had the problem with the above machine that water was always running down between the housing and the drip tray. When I packed it and sent it for service, water was also running out of the machine. Now it is back and runs fine, apparently several hoses would have been closed. Now the question: I have a water softener, so no hard water and I always do the prescribed descaling. So how can the hoses clog? are only certain areas decalcified during decalcification?
