Hi guys,

following problem:

Whenever the brew group is reinserted after a removal and
the machine is switched on, the motor moves the mechanism once completely forward
and back again to find the end stop points of the mechanism.
However, the motor does not stop, so that the mechanism
is driven
fully into the
stop and
is pushed

out of position with a loud creaking noise.

The built-in microswitch, which
dedects
the correct seating of the brew group in the
machine, then registers that the brew group is not
seated properly and shuts down the machine

.

If the brew group is then pushed back into position, the
game starts all over again, but the mechanism is then
moved
a little
less beyond the end stop point, the creaking decreases

,

and by the third time at the latest

, the

coffee machine

has the

correct end stop points and the mechanism of the
brew group is moved back and forth correctly

.

If you remove the brew group again, e.g. to clean it, the
game starts all over again
.

The question for me now is how exactly this works with the position detection
.
The motor has a Hall sensor that delivers 2 pulses / rotation, on the
Oskar you can see that the pulses come so far all.

What can be the reason for this?
Does anyone have circuit diagrams for the machine?

The machine has a diagnostic port on the bottom.
What do I use to access it?
