Miele CM 5200 does not turn off

Hello I have my Miele CM 5200 decalcify want everything went so far quite well in the middle of the program suddenly spins the machine it pumps and pumps even if no more water in the tank is in the display disappears the text it still hangs in the decalcification program asks if the restart want to press what disappears the text and you pump and pump thought the pump I changed hangs there a switch or so if so where or what can you help Best regards:unsure:

If the tank is empty with the descaler and it continues to pump, you can take the tank out and hold the opening of the water tank connection with your finger/thumb.
Probably the flowmeter continues to run due to the vacuum produced by the pump.
