Siemens EQ3 Ti301509 brew group

Brew group jammed,all LED flashing

Hello
,In the EQ3 jammed the brew group ,can not be removed and all leds flashing.
By pressing the safety switch with the door open u.Starten the machine I got them out and replaced with an identical brew group. Same error,so brew group ok.How can I continue my search now to find the fault?
Am grateful for any help
