Nivona 830 outlet unit does not sink/stay on top

Hello,
The leaching unit does not stop at the top of my coffee machine.
When I push it up to place a large glass underneath, it slowly falls 1-2 cm downwards, so that the glass no longer fits.
You have to hold the spout up with one hand and place the glass underneath with the other hand. That's very annoying.
Someone knows what might be broken. Can you repair it on your own?
Sending the machine in means 1-2 weeks without coffee.
