Jura Impressa F 70 powder chute

,A question in the round after prompting my coffee machine is a (Jura Impressa F70 ) machine cleaning I noticed that the powder chute unfortunately no longer works. When I was prompted to insert a cleaning tablet should normally appear afterwards the command press care but that remained with me. I then changed the REEDSENSOR FOR POWDER CHUTE OF THE JURA IMPRESSA F / XF SERIES COFFEE VOLLAUTOMATEN with the hope that it now works but still does not suffer.
