Ground coffee in drip tray

Hello!
Have the problem with my Siemens EQ9 S500 that always the ground coffee lands below in the drip tray and not as intended in the brewing container:(
The brewing unit was completely reconditioned, including new seals and feed hose.
After inserting the brewing unit, the coffee preparation worked exactly 1x and since then
I'm puzzling what is going wrong....

Ground coffee is really not recommended for this type of machine.
