Error message open valve l

Caffee gourmet stuck in loop

My Caffeo Gourmet reports after switching on "System start - Place container under steam nozzle - Open valve". When I do that, the water runs and the ad says "Please wait" and the water runs. That's all that's gonna happen.
Switching off is possible, but is also useless. Switching off the power supply didn't help either.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hello, if the water is still running out of the unit from the coffee spout or hot water from the water/steam nozzle, it is due to the flowmeter.
