Hello!!

can anyone tell me how to get into the technician menu of the Presto??

I have to teach them that they got a fixed water connection.

Enter the date backwards:

zB. Today is 16.03.2012 --> Enter: 23061

My WMFpresto, makes the message Service maintenance immediately when switching on.

However, I cannot get into any menu where I could enter the hidden pin.
Can you tell me if this problem can be solved by me?

Hello,

Tried it with the code.
Likely it didn't work.
I also feel like it's only possible to enter 4 digits?
The machine is from 2008 and was last serviced 03.2015.
If this should be software dependent.

Hi, did you figure out how to enter the PIN? With me it's only 4 digits and I just can't get into the service menu
date zb : 03.01.19 so I enter 9103 because only 4 digits go really crazy

So today I have solved with a buddy the problem GELÖST!

There are actually 5 numbers, but only 4 are displayed, the 5 digit is hidden!

Anyway to the solution:
Tommorow's date
20.01.19
20.01.2019
Writing doesn't matter.
You take the year 9, then the month 10 and then the day 02.
Ergo is the PIN: 9 10 02

Example: 9 10 02

Ergo.:
Date:
23.05.19
23.05.2019
PIN:
95032

Other example:
Date
29.02.20
29.02.2020
PIN:
02092

Now seriously, to Daniela and all the others who want to get into this menu!

What do you want in this menu?
The PIN entry I give is really well solved by WMF, so that not everyone can play around in it. In this menu you can also damage the machine if you do something wrong.

ABER, you don't even know where to enter the PIN, but you want to go to this menu, W A R U M ?!?!

The 5000 series has a similar pin, but the time has to be added somehow, does anyone know how exactly?

Hello had even once a 5000S but the pin is date independent, it can be assigned by yourself. E.g. for cleaning or accounting etc.

Yes but the service pin is still date dependent. The machine is complaining that the filter needs to be changed, probably because too little water has passed through in the Corona time, as it is only three months old.

Howdy,

just after Corona time I wanted to open my snack bar and start the coffee machine, when the message with the filter cartridge popped upmad.gif. What I am surprised I did not use any cartridge, it is expensive money. How do I get rid of it without consequential damage?
Another question, how can I get rid of the date-dependent PIN, the machine doesn't know what day it is today, besides that it must
work
in other countries and leap years
?

What kind of machine did you put in? Of course, most machines have a date entered in them. The WMF code on the 5000s is, as far as I know, tanoMgaTednutS

anybody happen to know what the pin is on the Prestolino? When I enter the pin with the date only the key symbol appears again. The Presto works with the date. Best regards
