Hello,
my Jura Impressa 500 Ultra is driving me crazy.
It's a real gamble to get coffee out of this machine.
The grinder grinds until the dose is right, the brewing noises are normal, but no coffee comes to the intended outlet.
The water is then completely in the bowl. Every now and then the display says "refill beans" and then does not brew up but transports the coffee powder straight into the bowl.
Now I would need some advice.

Where does the water land, in the drip tray or in the grape marc container? I start from the marc container...

And the message "Fill beans" points to a worn grinding mechanism.
