Saeco Moltio Carafe water error

My Saeco Moltion shows a constant error indicating no water although the water reservoir is full. I believe there is a sensor at the rear of the water tank area that will click (engage/disengage) when I press it with my finger, but it will never sense water when the tank is inserted. What can I do??

Hello

Unfortunately, I have the same error with the HD8766/01
It occurred from one moment to the next.
I bought the machine new 8 years ago.

Were you able to find out what your problem was?
