New Jura does not froth cappuccino properly

Hello,

I have a 2 month old Jura E6 and already have problems with the milk frother.

We clean the milk frother daily with original Jura cleaning fluid. Nevertheless, the Jura very often does not froth up the first 1-2 cappuccinos at all.

How can that be? It can't be that a larger maintenance is necessary from the professional after only 2 months, can it?

No maintenance is necessary at all.
At the top of the milk frother there is a small part that

Pull off part and press the silicone tip lightly with your finger. Replace small part if necessary, can
