CaFamosa 85 all green displays blinks simultaneously

With my CaFamosa all LEDs are blinking.
For a long time the automat only stood, so it wasn't used, now when I put it back into operation it didn't blink more than the LEDs. If I open the tap steam to feel the system, water steam comes but nothing else happens.
I opened the automat and flushed the pipes with water as far as possible, also the instantaneous water heater is free. Where can I search or exchange for now?
