Coffee powder is not ejected after brewing

I bought an EQ5 used and constantly the machine asks me to clean the brewing unit. Now I have looked closer and tried. I noticed that after the brewing process, the brewing unit does not eject the coffee into the container. The next coffee is then virtually ground on the old, brewed and at some point it is just full and then wants to be cleaned.

What can this be?

It is the brewing unit. Either the wiper is missing and or between the brewing chamber and housing are small flags that prevent the brewing piston from moving too early in the UT position.
Either they are broken off or too far inside. Warm up the cream brew burner flags with care and bend them outward a little.
Torx 10 is what you need to disassemble the brewing unit.
