Problem with grinder

Nobi here
I have a Miele CM 6300 which has once cracked in grinder as would a small stone in it have replaced the grinder and now when I press coffee makes a noise in the back of the electronics as would switch a microswitch and the machine goes into drinks abort, have replaced the electronics and again the same problem, does anyone know what this can be? and can help with?
