Miele CVA 4080

Hello, I have moved into a new house where the Miele CVA 4080 coffee machine was left behind by the previous owner. I am trying to make a coffee and following the instructions in the Miele booklet but the machine shows "fault 10" every time. Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot!

The error messages F10 and F17 are very similar on Miele coffee machines and if one of the two errors occurs, the technician first checks whether the fine sieve on the water tank is clogged and the pump is therefore not getting any water.
So take the tank in and out more often. If the fine filter is not clogged
