Siemens EQ 5Macciato Plus 506501

My problem is that my Siemens EQ Macchiato plus grinds, but then the ground coffee falls dry into the pulp compartment.
I have followed the hoses, no leak.
Clear tester is dry.
Is it the pump?
Anyone have any ideas?
I would love to save it.

It could be that the machine is simply calcified, or the pump is defective.

Exactly the same problem, the machine has been in use for 3 days and the coffee does not flow even though it is well ground. When I restart the machine the coffee flows again until the problem starts again...there is a lot of water in the drip tray even though I always put a glass in front of it! and the ground coffee is not well rounded! I sent the machine back to maxicoffee who offered me an exchange for another new machine. What do you think about it?
