Café Bonitas - Machine grinds and then breaks off

Hello,
since a few days my machine does not make coffee anymore (it is now 3,5 years old). The machine grinds the coffee and then stops the process completely.
When I type "water" one by one, it runs through normally.
Has anyone any idea what might be the reason?
