Good morning
,now I got a new machine yesterday (Eq900) but unfortunately still no coffee.
All set up, water filter in etc. No problems when setting up the machine.

The machine grinds, the display promises: your coffee is prepared, brewed....readyand....
nothing in the cup..... Looked in the drip tray: powder residue at the back (relatively dry) and a lot of water at the front. You can also see how the water fills up in the drip tray during preparation.

Took out the brewing unit (it's brand new) and put it back in and reassembled everything (it's not much): didn't change anything.

In the meantime, there were times about 4-5 coffees in a row, I already thought: works yes, but then I just had to fill water: and again the same: Ground, brewing process starts, but (relatively untouched) water runs into the drip tray and the machine gives a: "ready " out...
From my point of view: the water is not introduced into the brewing unit, but runs past it. Only: the machine is brand new, I don't see any reason for lime or something like that at all. And I don't understand why it worked once for 4-5 coffees, but after tank filling then no more: as if there was an alternating contact.
So before I send the package back: another tip ?

The only real tip: return it and exchange it for a new one!

Exactly the same problem, the machine has been in use for 3 days and the coffee does not flow even though it is well ground. When I restart the machine the coffee flows again until the problem starts again...there is a lot of water in the drip tray even though I always put a glass in front of it! and the ground coffee is not well rounded! I sent the machine back to maxicoffee who offered me an exchange for another new machine. What do you think about it?
