How can I retrieve the recipes

Hello, I'm probably a bit obtuse, but anyway: the CI touch has yes great recipes (ristretto, lungo, au lait etc.). you can also set everything beautifully. But where can I get these recipes then? Do I have to assign the standard keys to the recipes? Thank you very much! Ansosnten your tips have helped me a lot in the setting! Thank you very much! Many greetings
