If the error is due to the flowmeter, the message "Fill system" would have occurred.
On the video you can see that the water flow is normal at the beginning and then becomes weaker. Is the machine really lime-free? The error could also be due to the pump or the diaphragm regulator...

I've decalcified them several times. Can I test pump or diaphragm regulator?

since the s9 has no test program, the pump can't be tested, i'd only replace the pump in 20s, the diaphragm regulator never really works, unless it's rusted through

Now I replaced pump and diaphragm regulator and now coffee and hot water are running as they should be!
