I would like to be helpful here with this short post ALL with the BRÜHGRUPPE wrong positionI
have read everywhere on the net and all the forums the tips and nothing has helped me. The "manual" here from HARI is not bad, but I am not technically gifted and so I decided to call DeLonghi myself.
They were helpful and said that this problem was "NORMAL" if you had turned off the door(?) or the machine "too fast".?????
Well, how dem be from.....
You have to simply turn on the appliance (water tank and everything if it was apart, put it in the appliance properly, etc. and put it in standby) and then turn it off.
After that switch on again and look: the part (brewing group) is back in the correct position and you can take it out and put it back in.
With lubricate the DREHRÄDER SYSTEM, you would not recommend...
If you want to do it, please go ahead....
So, no screws to turn, no parts to disassemble, nothing....
The problem is known at DeLonghi and they should get it out of the world!
Instead, build with the "error" further and claim it would be normal!!! It can not be normal
when the part of everything "slides down" because you have allegedly not properly inserted compartments or something else....
Whatever..I'm sure I have all the doors or compartments inserted correctly....
