Hello everyone, as I have already read, I'm not the only one: our Primadonna S starts to brew, pump noise becomes very quiet, abort with "coffee ground too fine". At first I could not even rinse, there appeared "water circuit empty". Also, there is always water in the grounds container. As far as I could find out, a hose seems to be clogged. The first thing I did was remove the coffee spout. I noticed that gradually more and more water came out of the hole when rinsing. Then decalcified plus decalcification via upper brew group. Rinsing works in the meantime, coffee does not. Since water is directly in the marc, I suspect the hose in the photo as the culprit. But how do I get to it? Does anyone have a tip? Or how I generally get into the machine so that I can check all hoses?
