Printed Swearer XF50

Hello,

With our Jura XF50 the function "system fills" seems to no longer work. I should always open the tap , it appears system fills and then close and then I press coffee, but it comes back tap on.... This has all been going on since cleaning the machine. I would like to descale it but that doesn't work either.... Can anyone help me here?

You can take out the set drawer and clean the sieve of the brewing unit by hand or with a Zewa. The sieve sits if you from the front in the machine long up behind the Tresterschaufel.

Do you have the correct manual? Which XF50 do you have? Power switch on the front or top?

On the top. Classic it is called.

Then you have the wrong manual. The Classic can be switched on at the front.
With yours, the machine must be switched on to descale, with the Classic switched off.

The machine is marked XF50 classic. The switch to turn on is located on the top. When I am in the "tap on tap off loop" I can no longer get out and there is also nothing described in the manual. Manual descaling is also not described there.

Above you write that you press coffee and then again tap comes open / closed. Therefore, I assumed that the machine can be vented and after trying to draw a coffee again comes the message.
Can times descaler in tank make and then continue with tap open and tap to vent. With a little luck it goes afterwards and you can descale.
