Ecam Dynamic 350.35w

good morning, I have a de longhi dynamic ecam 350.35w and the coffee is always too weak. I have beans from the artisan roastery, in a year I have tried dozens of them, always not from the supermarket. I have the grinder at 1, but the coffee doesn't change. I went from grinding 5 to 1 but nothing changes and it still comes out the same in the same time. It also doesn't warn you when the beans run out, it never did even when it was new. For the rest it's perfect, everything works, the grounds are round and solid, except that the coffee doesn't have cream and isn't full-bodied. Do you have any idea what it could be? I feel like there is something wrong with the grinder even though it works.
