EAM 3400 Rapid Cappucci no longer brews

Good morning,

With our machine EAM 3400 Rapid Cappuccino, there is no more water coming out of the designated outlets.
If rinsing or brewing. The water is found in the drip tray. I disassembled the machine and changed the pump. Result negative.
I noticed that the instantaneous water heater is cold -- it should be hot. At the upper end of the Pumpoe is the outlet with two openings. Here only the water goes off at the upper thin hose. The lower thicker hose is without water.
It seems that water is drained off in the further course of the machine via the thicker hose, which is led forwards/down in the machine.

Can I still save something here!?!?!?!

Is the water drained through the back valve through the thick hose? Then change the valve.
