Program filling quantity EAM3400

Hello together,

I have had an EAM 3400 for more than 3 months now and am really very satisfied.

Least I have a little problem and wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about it.

I can adjust the cup filling quantity of my machine from small to medium to large.

For the big cup I had already programmed a so-called POTT cup ( about 250ml ) several times.

As soon as the machine saved this I let out a cup to try it out.

To my regret I always have to make do with a half-full cup because the machine doesn't spit out my programmed amount.

For small ( espresso ) and medium ( normal cup ca 130ml ) the programming works.

Can anybody help me? PLEASE

just select the middle cup, and then demand 2 cups from the device, instead of 2 cups place the pot under the spout. maximum quantity for large cups is 180 ml. higher programming does not accept the device. try it and answer if it worked.
